Fight Stress Naturally



Another day, another week in which we are unsure of what's going on. Stress has been hitting quite close to home.

  1. Limit negative media intake and seeking out the positive news and social media accounts that focus on solutions and healing
  2. Talk to a trusted friend, family member, therapist, or life coach about your feelings
  3. Give yourself permission to feel your feelings, time to process them, and a safe space to release the negative emotions - you can do this through meditation, journaling, dance/ exercise, or creative projects
  4. Make mindfulness and meditation regular daily practices
