New Year's Day Brunch at Your Mom's Place

Self-discovery and the Journey: Jane Goldberg, Ph.D. Leads Us Through

Jane Goldberg, Ph.D. has just launched her 8th book, My Mother, My Daughter, My Self, focus is a valuable and innovative insight to the mother-daughter relationships as children plus the way of relating as adult women and the discovery of finding one’s self.

Dr. Goldberg began with her relationship with her daughter as a basis for this. My relationship with my daughter has always been phenomenal. It's evolved through the years because she's a grown woman of 23, with her own ideas on life, the world around us, and politics. We love to have varied and diverse conversations on topics that we couldn't have when her young mind wasn't as richly developed as it is now.

Dr. Goldberg’s life experiences and travels have lead her on a path of self- discovery as well as education she wishes to share in her books and as a practicing clinician.

In addition to being an author, yoga practitioner, and clinician, and she is also a founder of three holistic spas and wellness centers, especially La Casa Spa & Wellness Center, New York City's first holistic health center and spa. 

This spa focusing on healing, health, and wellness, and allows people to relax and restore themselves while refreshing self- care.
