chefs, hotels and attractions. Baker is the owner of Spotlight Public
Relations, a firm specializing in hospitality and restaurants. Prior to
starting her public relations firm in 1999, Baker spent nearly a decade at the
Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau.
