Have a Cocktail with Sparkling Ice


Enjoy the summer nights with a refreshing beverage!

Sparkling Paloma

INGREDIENTS
½ oz Tequila
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Agave Nectar
Grapefruit Peel for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Combine tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass over ice. Add a splash of Sparkling Ice Pink Grapefruit. Garnish with grapefruit peel and serve.


Citrus Freeze

INGREDIENTS
1 oz tequila
1 oz lime juice
1 lime wedge

DIRECTIONS
In a blender, add one cup of ice, tequila, Sparkling Ice Lemon Limeand lime juice. 
Blend until smooth and pour into a glass and serve with a lime wedge.

Think Spring with These Refreshing Cocktails


We are thinking Spring with these cocktails!

Innocent One

INGREDIENTS
·                     3 oz of Prosecco
·                     1.5 oz of orange juice
·                     1.5 oz Sparkling Ice Pomegranate Blueberry
·                     Mint leaves (garnish)

DIRECTIONS
Combine all into champagne flute. Garnish with mint leaves.


Rough Around the Edges

INGREDIENTS
·                     1.5 oz of rye whiskey
·                     0.5 oz of lemon juice
·                     6 oz Sparkling Ice Pomegranate Blueberry
·                     Dash of Angostura bitters
·                     Lemon (garnish)

DIRECTIONS
1.                Add bitters, rye whiskey, and lemon juice to shaker.
2.                Add ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass with ice.
3.                Add Sparkling Ice Pomegranate Blueberry.
4.                Garnish with lemon twist.

Black Raspberry Mimosa
Chambord, a French Black Raspberry liqueur, will carry the New Year’s Eve theme through with an elegant and simple way to elevate your favorite Korbel.
  •  ½ oz. Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 4 oz. Korbel California Champagne
  • Pour Chambord into a champagne flute and top with Korbel.

Classic Korbel Mimosa
After all of the cooking, mixing, and serving from week before, maybe you want to keep it simple with a traditional mimosa. You can never go wrong with this classic.
  •  4 oz. Korbel California Champagne
  • 4 oz. Orange Juice
  • Pour orange juice into a champagne flute and top with Korbel.

Holiday Cocktails

Get ready for the holidays with a few cocktails, perfect for New Year's Eve or anytime.

Sparkle and Spice


INGREDIENTS
·                750ml bottle aged rum
·                1/2 cinnamon stick
·                1 clove
·                1 cardamom pod
·                1 star anise pod
·                1 vanilla bean
·                3 allspice berries
·                Pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
·                Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime

DIRECTIONS
1.              Combine rum, cinnamon stick, clove, cardamom, star anise, vanilla bean, allspice berries, and nutmeg in an airtight jar.
2.              Split vanilla bean and scrape seeds into jar along with the bean pod. Close jar and allow infusion to sit in a dark place for at least 3 days.
3.              Strain rum into an airtight jar with a fine-mesh strainer, discarding spices.
4.              Over ice, pour 2 ounces of rum infusion.
5.              Top with Sparkling Ice Lemon Lime and garnish with blackberries.'

Ginger Whiskey Cider

INGREDIENTS
·                2 oz. Hard Cider
·                1 oz. Whiskey
·                Brooklyn Crafted Ginger Beer Mini in Traditional, to fill
·                Crushed Ice

DIRECTIONS
1.              In a 12-16 oz. high ball glass, combine the hard cider and whiskey.
2.              Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with Brooklyn Crafted.
