So, have you heard- tonight is the Golden
Globes! Everyone will be looking to see who wins- and who wins the Red
Carpet.
I got to chat with my friend Michelle Bush for just a minute as
this week as been crazy for her- she’s a Red Carpet Stylist, dressing people
for tonight’s awards show.
“I dressed Annie
Wersching (24, Bosch, The Vampire Diaries, Timeless) for the Golden Globes.
I asked Michelle what are some of the trends we’ll be seeing
tonight as the flashbulbs pop!
“The trends we’ll be seeing are lots of sparkle and glam.
Sequins and beaded fabrics will rule the carpet,” confides Michelle. “Sparkly
beaded motifs on nude mesh is a very popular trend right now, and that's what
you will be seeing on Annie.”
Another trend she noticed in her search for the perfect gown
was bold floral prints. “My favorite fabrics right now are silk chiffon,
stretch sequin, metallics, and thick, rich silk satin.
As far as accessories
go, it's all about statement earrings and rings.”
