Nene Shoes: Quality and Fun for Mother & Daughter

Shop Nene Shoes for comfortable, stylish shoes for the discerning adult in your life (or you!)..and get a matching pair for your daughter or niece!

Froilan and Jasmine, a husband & wife design team created Nene shoes in New Year in 2015, with a focus on fun and sophisticated matching shoes for women and girls.

They debuted the first collection in the Fall of 2015- the focus always being the most remarkable and quality materials to create these shoes, within three factories in Italy and China to bring the most discerning, well-made pair (or pairs!) of shoes to you.

The company’s direct to consumer model affords customers best possible pricing without overhead seen in traditional business models.

The company name- Nene- is based on family history. Nene is based on Jasmine’s mom’s name, Nene M. Pamintuan.
In the Filipino language, nene also means little girl or young woman.

Jasmine’s work in management consulting and global IT brought her to a world she was slowly learning more about. “The lectures I attended from design school exposed me to the contemporary leaders and innovators of the footwear industry - from classic to athletic footwear,” Jasmine explains.

“I greatly admire designers known for their beautiful designs and trademark looks, such as Blahnik and Louboutin. But I think the greater mentors are the ones who influenced and shaped these great designers.”

Nene shoes wanted to create something no one else had- excellent quality shoes- for mom and daughter- or aunt and niece, etc. “We are aiming to be the premier women and kids accessories and apparel company.”
